The brief was to film the process of how Jiayu Liu transformed the basement floor of a Victorian shopping arcade with an immersive mixed reality installation. Hotmilk Films went on location in Manchester for two days, the first day was spent capturing the technical challenges and set up and the final day was used to film finished the piece and interview the artist and crew. We were delighted with the piece and excited that smartphone manufacturer Oppo used shots for a promotional video.
