Founder and Director, Matt Watt, began his career as runner-up in the BBC New Filmmakers Award 2006. This gave him the platform to hone his craft, eventually shooting and directing films for luxury brands including Bowers & Wilkins, Ritz Carlton and Maserati. Matt has also written and directed feature film 'Coincidence' that was aired on Sky. With this breadth of work and as a self-shooting director, Matt has been able to work on a broad range of projects from small-scale shoots to large-scale productions. He approaches every project with the same professionalism, candour and keen eye for detail.

Marketing and production assistant, Penny Duckworth, brings her 10 years of Advertising and Marketing experience to Hotmilk Films managing advertising projects for brands such as The Body Shop, McDonalds and Zopa Bank.
